No refunds are available after the initial 30 day period.
Any request for cancellation of Hosting Service must be received via email. You will then receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Accounts cancelled or terminated by Cybersphere for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to take place. Refunds will be provided by cheque or direct bank transfer. This guarantee only applies to new Cybersphere customers.
